Education - Graduation in Computer Science or any other discipline (or Post Graduation) - 60% or more
Any of the following degrees : BE, BSc, MSc, BTech, MCA, BCA

Roles and Responsibility:
Must have skills
1. Has worked on a enterprise wide web application
2. Relevant experience 2 to 4 years
3. Has the ability to create, review test cases and execute test cases
4. Has knowledge of how to generate traceability matrix and prepare test results
5. positive attitude towards work
6. Open to take up new technologies and work on areas as required by the company.
7. Able to work under pressure and put in long hours if required.
8. Has used tools to manage bugs and test cases. (Any tool – open source or otherwise)
9. Has knowledge of working in a team that follows waterfall or Agile development methodology
10. Has complete knowledge of test life cycle and other QA processes
11. Has good knowledge of using Office productivity tools such as Word, Excel
12. Has very good communication skills both Oral as well as written.
13. Has good knowledge of database. Knows how to write SQL queries
Desired skills
1. Has mentored junior members
2. Hands on experience on Automation & Performance testing
3. Has exposure to load & stress testing
4. Has worked on a SaaS product
5. Has working knowledge of UNIX and Java
