Job Description- Overall experience of 4 to 6 years with some understanding of Ecommerce systems and domain. * Load runner 9.1(VUgen, Controller and Analysis) and above * Monitoring Tools : Nagios/Ops View, Cacti, Wily Introscope, BMC Patrol, SiteScope, Cvantage/Qpasa/IBM Tivoli performance (at least one) * Database: oracle/db2/mysql  * Native Monitoring tool for UNIX: netstat/prstat/iostat/vmstat/top Additional skills * Performance Tuning and engineering Exposure * Open source tools JMeter, OpenSTA , SoapUI Business Knowledge * Ecommerce services domain experience would be a plus Personal Attributes * Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions * Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) * Flexible and proactive/self motivated working style with strong personal ownership or problem resolution * Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision. * Ability to prioritize under pressure Education Full time Bachelor"s /Master"s degree (Science or Engineering preferred) Our Company Profile- We are a leading software development company with business interests in staff augmentation and software solutions.
