Desired Qualification & Experience :
• For BE/B.Tech Graduates (6 Months to 1 Years) Only (Mandatory)
• For Other Graduates (1 to 3 Years) (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills :
• Should have excellent Communication skills.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with technical Helpdesk (voice) / ISP
Service Desk is preferred for any graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM,
BCA, others), minimum 6 month to 1 Year experience for BE/B.Tech
graduates.
• Willing to work in a technical voice support inbound process.
• Should be willing to work in night shifts.
• Should be willing to sign 1-year service agreement.
• Should possess 50% and above throughout academics.
• Should be a Graduate (Any Graduation / Diploma(10+2+3)).
Job Description :
• Willing to work in a technical Support(Voice), call taking profile.
• providing Enterprise Service Desk support for issues with desktops,
printers, applications etc.
• Providing Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot &
resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise
Applications like Outlook, VPN and Blackberry.
• Basic computing skills.
• Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is mandatory.
• Good customer service skills.
Following candidates are NOT considered :
• Freshers / Post Graduates/ non experienced candidates are NOT
eligible.
