Skills Required : Basic programming skills (Knowledge of VB and C, C++)
Good understanding of financial domain as an added advantage (not mandatory)
Good reasoning and analytical skills, client communicaiton both verbal & written
Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the ITeS (IT enabled Services) enviornment / Support based projects.
• Should posses excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English.
• Ticket resolution and co-ordination with onsite team.
• Review & Peer review of activities.
• Provide support for planned & unplanned activities.
• Meeting and exceeding client service level.
• Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.
• Adherence to process, policy & procedures.
• Handling/Intimation of any queries to the client over email/phone.
• Exposure to quality standards like Six Sigma, ISO, CMMI etc.
• Should have basic understanding of Software / Hardware / Networking.
• Should have good exposure to MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
• Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
Minimum - Graduate
Any graduate preferably BSC IT / Computer Science / BE / B.Tech / MCA.
• Should not have gaps throughout their academics.
• Should possess 50% and above throughout academics.

2) If previous matrix exists, comparison of old and new matrixes.
3) Raising concerns if any.
4)Preparing Input sheet and uploading
5) Coding as per new matrix
