Our team is in need of 6-7 dot net developers with following requirements:
1. Experience around 6 months to 2 years (even freshers will do if you think they have working knowledge of dot net)
2. HTML and JS
3. Beginners’ SQL knowledge
4. Aptitude skills that will help them learn new concepts (technology and domain)
Candidate can also be a B Sc. or BCA degree holder (i.e., need not be a BE or MCA).

As an additional feedback, when a person attends an interview and is not selected, then he\she cannot attend another for next 6 months in Exilant – this results into a wasted opportunity for us as well as candidate. So, if you can pass on the message to the persons you might forward the resume of, please communicate that he\she should prepare well before applying. We are ready to wait for 10 to 15 days but it will be better if candidate comes prepared rather than hurry up for the interview in the fear of losing the opportunity. Better preparation will improve the chances of selection.
