Job Description/ Skill Sets:
To perform job function
Hands on SQL or Brio or Hyperion or Business Objects
Excellent Communication Skills
Expert in MS Office applications (Access, Excel & PowerPoint)
Concept of Trending/Analysis/Graphing
Experience in managing SQL database will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Produce and Analyze detailed reports and data to identify and initiate process improvements and efficiency gains.
Ø Map business requirements and recommend analytical reporting strategies.
Ø Design, develop and test new queries and procedures for reporting team.
Ø Strong analytical and interpretation ability.
Ø A strong understanding of spreadsheets, graphing data.
Ø Experience and design and maintain Dashboards.
Ø Demonstrated excellent communication and coaching skills.
Ø Strong communication skills. Must be able to work with onshore business partners for report requirements.
Ø Able to effectively interact with all levels of management and peer-groups both within and outside the reporting team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Ø Graduation, preferably having a Computer Science Background
Ø Experience in a financial industry or a call center will help
Ø Database management using SQL Server Management Studio or
Ø Business Objects or
Ø Brio/Hyperion
Ø Experience ranging from 1 - 2 years
