Mandatory Skills

1. Should have strong expertise in Core Java and J2ME (Mobile domain expertise)

2.  Should have strong expertise in Android Application Development ( Mobile domain exertise)

3.  Should have sound understanding of Android Architecture and Framework

Desired Skills

Module 1 :  Appplications

1. Good working experience on  Native Applications ( Calendar, Contacts and other mobile applications on Android Framework).

2. Good understanding of Java Script, Shell Script and XML Parser.

3.  Good working experience on SQLite and Linux Environment.

Module 2 : Solutions

1. Good working experience on Web Service Integration (SOAP, REST, API, XML )

2. Good working experience on SQLite and Linux Environment.

3. Candidates having working experience with Server side development - Tomcat , JSP , Servlet etc. would be preferred

 

 

For Linux Device Driver

Desired Skills

Module 1 :  Graphics

1. Worked on LCD Device driver. 2.  Good knowledge of Linux graphics framework/HAL. 3.  Good knowledge of Linux Framebuffer architecture. 4.  Good Understanding of HDMI/MHL device driver. 5.  Good understanding of LCD controller of any microprocessor.

Module 2 :  USB

1. Hands on experience of HID, USB 1.1, 2.0 & 3,0 device driver. 2. Good knowledge and understanding of USB Gadget driver, OTG. 3. Hands on experience on debugging tools like USB analyzer.

Module 3 :  Power Management

1. Good Understanding and Hands on experience of Linux/Android Power Management module 2. Sound Knowledge and Understanding of Battery driver, Fuel Gauge, PMIC driver. 3. Understanding of DVFS and CPU governor.

Module 4 :  Audio

1. Hands On experience on Audio Codec Driver 2. Good understanding of ALSA audio driver  Audio tuning parameters and audio framework

Module 5 : Communication Protocol & Drivers

1. Hands on experience on SPI, I2C, UART driver and protocol 2. Hands on experience on DPRAM, IPC and shared memory driver

Module 6 : File System & Storage

1.  Have good working experiene on SD/MMC/SDIO, eMMC , NAND Flash driver 2.  Have good understanding of MTD architecture, ext2, ext4, JFFS2 filesytem 3.  Have worked/understanding on VOLD (Volume Daemon). 4.  Have worked/understanding on encryption/decryption of filesystem

Module 7 :  Sensors

1. Have worked on Touch panel, Touch key , Proximity, accelrormeter, Magnetic sensor.

Module 8 :  Kernel Debugging

1. Sound experience/knowledge of kernel debugging through JTAG on ARM single & dual core. 2. Good experience on debugging kernel through KGDB/GDB/KGTP & other debugging techniques.

Module 9 :  BSP and Bootloader

1. Hands on Qualcomm/Samsung/NVIDIA/Broadcom/TI BSP porting and development 2. Should have Hands on experience on Bootloader of ARM core. 3. Good experience on atleast one Board Bringup on ARM platform.

Module 10 : Connectivity

1. Good working experience on WIFI stack and device driver.
