Responsibilities

Work Timing: 2nd Shift (3 PM to 2 AM IST) 
•  Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
•  Problem solving, brainstorming,  and whiteboarding skills a must.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
•  Create and revise information architecture documents and functional requirements/page mockups, and navigational prototypes.
•  Expertise in usability including aspects such as consistency,user-centered navigation, logical structure, page design, response time, user support and learnability.
• Create wireframes for navigation, usability (ease-of-use) and adherence to users' needs.
• Perform a variety of tasks  to build User Centered user interfaces.
•  Experience with performing usability tests and  providing best recommendations.
•  Ability to operate within an established design and development process.
 
Qualifications
• Requires high level of experience in working with business-side users to define and refine user requirements.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Visio experience required. Axure experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience.
• Able to display creativity and adapt skills to new environments.
• Expertise in standard methodologies, practices and procedures within user-centered design field is essential.

Position to be offered: Software Testing

Eligibility Criteria:

-        JKC 2011 pass outs

• B. Tech (CSE and CSIT) & MCA - minimum 70% in 10th, Inter, and B. Tech and MCA
• Should have basic programming skills in any programming language, and reasonably good written/verbal communication skills in English
• Candidates who have given confirmation for earlier events of ZENQA are not eligible to confirm their participation

Selection Process:

• General Aptitude Test
• Simple programming skills test in C 
• Interviews

Salary:

Rs. 14,000 per month during 6-months training period. Rs. 18,000 per month after that. First 3 weeks is probationary period.

Recruitment Date:  18^th Mar 2012, Sunday

Reporting Time: 9:00 AM

Venue: Would be communicated to the candidates who confirm their participation
