As our Intern in Bangalore, India, your first mission will be getting hands-on with our software architecture and OS nucleus. Once armed, you'll embark on the first of many C/C++ development projects that will cover a full range of interesting and unique embedded firmware challenges, including device drivers, the FC/iSCSI protocol, SCSI applications and Unix/Linux OS internals. Successful development in our programming environment will require current, rock solid knowledge and proficiency in C/C++ with experience in UML & design patterns. You'll find a collaborative environment of like-minded, low-level programming professionals with whom to trade war stories and advance your expertise. You'll thrive in this role if, besides your ingenuity using UML & design patterns, you have a knack for developing specifications, design parameters and alternative solutions for real world commercial networking solutions.
