Specific Knowledge/Skills
* 1 to 3 years of software development experience in C, C++ 
* Knowledge of Linux operating system and development experience in a UNIX environment is a must 
* Strong Network programming (Sockets, SCTP/TCP/UDP/IP) 
* Knowledge of XML, SQL and scripting language (shell, python) will be a plus. 
* Excellent verbal /written communications skills
