1 State Program Manager 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA. 5 Years Experience in FMCG / Pharma / OTC Marketing / Sales. Social Sector Experience will be an added advantage.

2 Field Operations Manager Graduation. 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA preferred. 5 years Experience in Retail Sales in FMCG / Pharma / OTC.

3 Consultant – Data Management Graduates. 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Additional qualification in Computer’s Desired.2 year’s experience of working in computerized environment, in a reputed organization.

4 Communication Manager Graduation.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA preferred 5 years Experience with NGO’s / Mid media activities/BTL activities /
Media / PR and related activities or Advt. Agencies

5 Manager – Business Development / Partnerships 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA 5 Years Experience in Institutional Marketing / Sales experience in developing various PPP Models or training NGOs / corporates.

6 Sales Officer / Area Sales Managers Graduation. 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA preferred. 5 Years experience in FMCG / Pharma OTC Sales.

7 Programme Officers Graduation. 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
MBA preferred. 3 Years experience in FMCG / Pharma OTC Sales. (NGO’s / Midmedia activities/ BTL activities Experience will be an advantage.)

8 Field officers (Sales
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Representatives) Plus Two. Graduatespreferred 3 Years experience in FMCG/Pharma OTC Sales.

9 Promoter 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Plus Two. Graduates preferred1 Years experience in NGO /BTL activities/ Midmedia activities.

10 Assistant 
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
(MIS / Administration / Documentation / Logistics) Diploma in Computers.
Graduation preferred.
1 year experience of working in computerized environment, in a reputed organization, in MIS / Administration / documentation / Logistics.

Essentials: Graduate with good communication skills with minimum One year or more experience in sales function of FMCG / OTC / Pharma products.
