* Responsible for software & product development
* Responsible for coding based on design

* Sound technical knowledge and keeps abreast of all the latest technologies
* Communicating issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
* Helping the organization grow by actively participating in recruitment, knowledge sharing, social activities like blog writing, etc.
