Job Description
Responsibilities:
A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, "can do" and "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality to get the job done
Liaison for Offshore PSG with internal departments – Facilities, HR, finance and PSG Ops.
Provide operations support and monitor PSG India expenses.
Work with vendors and regions HR and our paralegal counselor for immigration formalities for travel, visa related paperwork
Arrange Forex, hotels and Airport pick-up & drop for PSG employees
Verifies vendor invoices and process them for payment (travel, contractors etc)
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Ability to communicate effectively and handle issues sensitively
Strong organization skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong customer-orientated attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to work in an ambiguous environment
Tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to apply and present findings in a way that is credible to the business
Comfortable with a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as appropriate
