Job Description:
Need candidates with strong Payroll and OTL experience.
Accountabilities
· Work with business users to gather business requirement and clarify gaps between future state and current state processes
· Work with technical team in reviewing technical specifications and translating technical issues/requests in a manner that can be understood by the business users, and vice versa
· Keeping the HR and Payroll system current with appropriate patches and integration with external interfaces
· Assist with support issues
· Ability to train internal and business users
Relevant Experience
· 5 plus years experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS modules like HR, Payroll, Compensation Workbench
· Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HR, Payroll, OTL
· Strong understanding of Fast Formulas and Compensation workbench required
· Understanding of AME and workflow approval process
· Experience working with other systems like Taleo, workday etc preferred
· Oracle EBusiness R12 experience preferred
· Bachelor's Degree required
