1.Strong hands on experience in Java,J2EE, SpringMVC & Spring
2. Experience in SDLC
3. Good Analytical skills
4.Hands on skills in one of the MVC frameworks like Spring MVC, Struts, JSF etc..
5.Client facing ability
6.Working independently to complete assoign task with in SLA time
7. Ability to lead the team
Experience: Relevant Exp of Minimum 5 yrs and Maximum of 7 yrs
Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech
