HR Interview Questions For Freshers 4

What are your career options right now? It is to take up job at this level and then keep clearing the next levels. So I am looking for stability, as well as growth, working in an organization.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization? Sir/ madam as I understand hardworking and dedicated employees are an asset to any company and I will always put the best of my efforts to be one.

What are your outside interests? My outside interests are =>Helping to the poor persons 2 the level of my best. =>Teaching to my juniors whenever im free. =>Working in the field when i go to my village. =>Learning peoples behavior based on their mood. =>Surfing the internet to learn new things. =>Spending some time with my family.

Would you lie for the company? Sir, if it is beneficial for the organization and does not affect others, then i will lie. =>If there is a situation to hide the important matters of the company, then i should lie 2 others. =>If it going to resolve the problem between the boss and my colleague ,then im ready tolie if the problem is legal.

Who has inspired you in your life and why? My failure has inspired me a lot because I learnt how to face situations in life from which I developed confidence and decided to work with dedication and hard work.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? Our life's viscosity depends on our decisions. Many peoples have compelled me to take Msc mathematics after completing my Bsc maths. The decision that I made to go on in the way that I choosed made me to sit in front you seeking a job. I really took a risk because I chose the road that many haven't travelled. All I can do was blame myself if it has went wrong. It was a my spirit that made me to fought all alone throughout these days. I probably think that was my toughest decision that I have ever took so far in my life.

Have you considered starting your own business? Being a fresher i dont have much idea about that right now. Now i just want to improve my skills and experience in my field of working, later i will think about that sir.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition? Success for me is self satisfaction. It is a state of mind when you feel that you have achieved what you intended for. It needs not to be big accomplishments even small things which give small time of happiness is success for me.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work? Surely I will continue to work sir either in this company or another, winning $10 million is good but its not satisfactory just to keep spending money. Life is meaningless if he\she as no career or work to do, work is what that keeps us moving forward and sets a aim in our life.

How much salary do you expect? Thanks first of all to be keen to know about my expectations about my compensation. Being a fresher i don't have specific choice to make but as a fresher i look forward for the first breakthrough in the corporate world, so anything in the terms of salary and perks will be acceptable to me as what is given to the freshers same of my caliber and work profile in the similar organisation

Where do you see yourself five years from now? No one can say the exact position after 5 years. But I am sure that, I will be a valuable assest and back bone of the organization. You can feel proud to say as, that great personality is recruited by me before 5 years.

On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer. Sir, I cannot rate you as a supervisor, not am I at a higher position as you are. But, since you have asked this question hoping that I would rate you then it would be 9 out of 10.
