JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Graduate Trainee-Enterprise Service

* Will get (on the job) trained on the various tools & processes used & followed in Infrastructure Management vertical.

*. Will learn about Infrastructure Management clients, the SLAs etc. And have to put into practice the various aspects they learned in the trainings

* Depending on the progress made by each individual, will be given higher responsibilities, more challenging technical jobs with higher priorities. The

progression will be strictly based on capability and results. 2.Graduate Trainee-End User Support

This competency is an extension of Service Desk where analysts perform:

* Almost zero touch installations of Operating system (OS)

* Deployments and upgrades to OS

* Package Images of software (as per clients requirement)

* Software auditing and license management

* IT Asset management services

* Patch management

* Desktop Security solutions

WHO CAN: 2012 Batch B.Sc. (All Streams), BCA, BA and BCom Students

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR STUDENTS

1.Marks : Student should have a minimum of 60% in their 10th,12th and Graduation

2.There should not be any current backlog

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.Written Aptitude Test - General Aptitude Test of 50 minutes
